    quizas!

1932 1933 1934 FORD 2 DOOR SEDAN HOT STREET ROD

THIS IS ONE OF THE NEATEST OLD CARS I HAVE FOUND IN A WHILE AND I AM SURE WILL BE HARD TO TOP, I JUST GOT THIS IN FROM NORTH DAKOTA AND WHAT A NEAT PIECE OF HISTORY TO SHOW THE WAY THINGS WERE DONE BACK THEN, YOU CAN PROBALLY SAY THIS WAS ONE OF THRE FIRST MONSTER TRUCKS WAY BEFORE BIGFOOT AND PROBALLY SHOULD BELONG IN THE BIGFOOT MONSTER TRUCK MUSEUM. THE OLD GUY I GOT IT FROM MADE THIS IN 1947 TO GO TO TOWN IN THE WINTER WHEN THE SNOW WAS TOO DEEP. IT HAS BEEN PARKED IN HIS BARN FOR OVER 60 YEARS, IT STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL BLACK PAINT AND YOU CAN STILL SEE THE RED PIN STIPES ON THE HOOD LOUVERS. THE LAST TIME IT WAS LICENSED WAS IN 1956. HE TOOK THE ORIGINAL FENDERS OFF AND PUT A TRUCK REAREND UNDER IT AND A TRUCK TRANNY IN IT, ON THE FRONT HE WELDED THE ORIGINAL CAR WHEELS INSIDE OF TRACTOR WHEELS. THE BODY IS REALLY SOLID AND SO ARE THE FLOORBOARS, THAT IS NOT RUST THROUGH ON THE FLOOR IT IS WATER FROM WASHING IT OUT, THE INSIDE OF THE TOP IS STILL WET ALSO. I SUPPOSE FROM BEING SO HIGH IN THE AIR FOR SO MANY YEARS HELPED PRESERVE IT. THE DRIVERS SIDE ROCKER IS RUSTED AND ONE SMALL SPOT ON THE DRIVERS DOOR THE REST LOOKS REAL SOLID. YOU CAN STILL SEE SHINNY METAL ON THE FLOOR PAN UNDER THE BACK BY THE REAREND. THE HEADLINER WAS FALLING DOWN SO I REMOVED IT. ALL THE WOOD AROUND THE WINDOWS AND THE TOP BOWS ARE VERY SOLID AND IT LOOKS TO BE THE ORIGINAL TOP. THE FRAME LOOKS REAL SOLID AND IS NOT CUT UP, HE WELDED A FLAT BARS ACROSS THE FRONT AND THE BACK FOR A HITCH, THE REAR QUARTERS HAVE BEEN POUNDED IN A LITTLE SO THE BIG TIRES WOULD'NT RUB, THIS COULD BE PUT BACK TO ORIGINAL REAL EASY OR STREET RODDED. I FORGOT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE SEATS, YOU CAN KINDA SEE THEM IN THE PICTURE OF THE TOP OF THE CAR BUT ALL THE ORIGINAL INTERIOR IS THERE IN NEED OF RESTORATION OF COURSE, IT STILL HAS THE PULL DOWN SHADE IN THE BACK WINDOW. THE GRILL IS VERY STRAIGHT SOME OF THE CHROME IS PEELING BUT IT IS NOT RUSTED THROUGH. THE FLAT HEAD TURNS OVER BUT I HAVE NOT GOT IT RUNNING. HE SAID HE HAD A TITLE BUT COULD NOT FIND IT, IF HE DOES IT WILL GO TO THE WINNING BIDDER. AS OF NOW I WILL PROVIDE A BILL OF SALE. THIS MUST BE PICKED UP IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA, IT CAN SIT HERE AS LONG AS YOU NEED TO ARRANGE PICKUP, I MAY CONSIDER DELIVERING IT DEPENDING ON DISTANCE AND PRICE. I WILL NOT SELL ANY PARTS OFF THIS SO PLEASE DON'T ASK. PLEASE E-MAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING.
