Despues encotnre que el Nuevo SHELBY MUSTANG 2016 va a tener un motor de 5.2L, con el Redline entre 8200 y 8300 rpm. Todavia no esta confirmado, pero si se sabe que es +8000.

With confirmation this week that the Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang will indeed feature a 5.2-liter flat-plane-crank V-8, many want to know how high the engine will rev. At the reveal, Ford wouldn't say exactly how rev-happy the GT350 is, but the guys over at Mustang6g.com were able to snap a picture of the tachometer. The automaker still hasn’t revealed how much power the new 5.2-liter flat-plane-crank V-8 will make, only saying it will be more than 500 hp and more than 400 lb-ft of torque. In comparison, the 2015 Mustang GT’s 5.0-liter cross-plane-crank V-8 makes 435 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque; while the Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 coupe’s large-displacement 7.0-liter LS7 cross-plane-crank V-8 makes 505 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque.The Mustang GT’s engine redlines at 7000 rpm, while the Camaro Z/28’s engine redlines at 7100 rpm. Powered by a 4.5-liter flat-plane-crank V-8, the Ferrari 458 Italia makes 557 hp and 398 lb-ft and redlines at 9000 rpm. Ford has also released three new images showing some of the Shelby GT350's components, including the shot of the engine bay above. In that lone photo, we can see the tops of the intake runners, along with a beefy strut tower brace and large cone filter.
